Worked with Communication By Design as the Communication Engineering Consultants designed the route to connect the current fiber at Data Center next to Rockford High School in Rockford, MI to their new elementary school that is being built about 8 miles away. We designed a route that eliminated around 3/4 mile off of the original route and created an opportunity for possible revenue generation. We created all of the diagrams through our CAD Department, and upon completion of the initial design, we submitted for permits on their behalf. We reviewed and revised all permits and Make Ready documents to create a cost-effective and functional route. We also made fiber recommendations to better serve the school district moving forward instead of looking at the immediate need.
