Geotech was founded in 1971 to provide professional engineering services to the Communications Industry. In the decades since, we have witnessed a revolution in the Telephone Industry. Competition has spawned dynamic changes in the technology being deployed. The future is filled with new opportunities driven by advancements in Optics and Information Technology / Computer Sciences.
By staying on the “leading edge of technology” Geotech is helping clients venture into new areas. We have been responsible for many successful firsts in technology deployments. We were among the first to deploy fiber optic cable, third generation DSL ready, Digital Loop Carrier Remotes, and SONET lightwave equipment.
Geotech currently is providing professional engineering services in the areas of telephone, teldata, video, power, lighting, energy, security, surveillance, forensic investigations, lightning protection, and grounding. We also provide installation and construction services.
Our goal is to help our clients increase revenues and decrease costs through innovative ideas, designs, and deployments using the latest technology available.

What We Do
Facility Engineering
We have designed Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing systems for new construction and renovation projects. Our designs are based on providing our clients with maintenance friendly, energy efficient, and sustainable design.
Communications
Geotech has engineered and installed Voice, Data, and Video systems since the early 1970s. Our clients include telephone companies and municipalities, as well as commercial, educational, health care, and industrial facilities.
Installation/Testing
We have responded to our clients’ needs by providing turn-key design and installation of communications systems. With our staff of experienced technicians, we have provided our clients with cost effective solutions delivered in a complete and timely manner.
Forensic Engineering
Geotech, through our partnership with Nederveld FE, offers complete forensic investigations, expert testimony, and consultation services to lawyers, investigators, and insurance companies.
