In late 2020, Geotech installed 83 access points for upgrading the Wi-Fi network in the offices and manufacturing plants in 12 buildings on the campus of Spartan Motors in Charlotte, MI. This Wi-Fi upgrade helped with increased service to wireless scanners in warehouse to help with inventory through the manufacturing plants.
Geotech worked with Spartan Motors/ The Shyft Group IT Department to make sure that cables used in the installation were not visible or stood out by using existing routes for cables to conceal the location. Terminated and verified each port to ensure that cables were not damaged during installation or ports were faulty before we left.
