Over the last 20+ years, our relationship with Sherwood Mutual Telephone Company (SMTC) has developed from designing and inspecting copper telephone networks to moving to Fiber to the Home (FTTH) projects. In 2020, that FTTH network was expanded into Hickville, OH exchange which involved design and strand assignments to construction inspecting with having an engineer on-site for the entire construction. This ensured that the design was installed to code, records were kept, and the contractor was paid for work they completed at each paid app and of the overall construction.
